I am in need of silence

Uninterrupted

In our lives filled with noises, voices, and constant doing, it is import to take time to just be still and quiet. We live in a society that thinks we must always be doing something. Every moment has to be filled with some form do doing. Even on our weekends we fill our time with fun activities, hobbies, movies, friends and family. How often do we just sit with our backs against a tree or lay under a star filled sky in comfortable silence, allowing our minds to wander and relax? I dare say, not nearly enough.
